I was fortunate to be hosted by Andy, Matthew and the Loch Duart Salmon farm in October 2018. Their salmon is truly one of my favorite fish to eat. We typically have it at least once a week at our house and my kids literally throw a temper tantrum when I cook it! My son Tucker especially. It's because the fish is absolutely perfect. And because they're horribly spoiled when it comes to food. But even they recognize that the fish is perfect and prefer to eat it as is.
After visiting the farm its clear how the location and process produce a perfect fish. These first pictures are of the water system which their hatchery is build along side. Absolutely pure and unmolested for miles. It was incredible.
