The first stop in my trip to Scotland was Peterhead where I spent time with the fishermen of Scottish Seas. I can't tell you how impressed I was with their product. Truly. I see a LOT of fishing operations and the quality of the fish these guys land is second to none. Even the small independent day boats which I started my company to offload. I keep saying that every fish they land is treated as though it's the ONLY fish they'll land that day. Even the least desirable sized fish are iced and stacked like the most prized.
It's unlike anything I have ever seen anywhere and couldn't be happier to have been connected with them and even happier to turn people onto product coming from them!
