We are different because we take risks. We sell the most common/popular seafood items... just in the E-Fish way.
As experts and risk takers we push the boundary. The majority of our fish are cut to order. Our cuts of fish are and creative most importantly highlight the products and encourage use/consumption of the entire fish. Everyone has cooked halibut at home but not many have cooked a bone in halibut tomahawk steak.
As a leader in what is possible and available to the general public we embrace proven trends.
Most of all we are not cluttered.
